About Us
History Of Wholesale Supplies Plus
Debbie May began making and selling soap in 1996 to help support her growing family. At the time, she and her husband Dave had two children (one child requiring full time disabled care). From her home, Debbie cared for the children, refined her craft, and eventually grew a successful finished soap business named May Showers. Her products sold coast-to-coast in retail stores, craft shows, home parties, and fundraisers.
While other crafters had trouble selling their products, Debbie enjoyed success and consistently left craft shows with empty boxes. As more and more crafters sought her soap making advice, Debbie started a new company in 1997 named Soap Supplies Plus. Through that company, she helped other crafters learn the soap making process and supplied products to begin their own businesses. By 1999, crafters seemed ever more interested in candles and candle making, so a new company named Wholesale Supplies Plus was launched.
Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. is a privately held corporation. Debbie and Dave May take an active role in the daily operation of the company (it's not unusual for Debbie to take orders while Dave works in the warehouse). Although the company has grown, we still believe that every customer is equally important and deserves the highest level of customer support.

Community Support
Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. believes that they should be corporately responsible for giving back to the community. Life Center for Autism has the mission to socially enhance the lives of those who struggle with autism spectrum disorders. They have an immediate goal to a build a specialized activity center in Ohio.
When you place your order, you will have the opportunity to make a donation to this federally recognized nonprofit organization. WSP will gladly match all customer donations.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. When placing an order using a credit card, you will need your credit card billing address as well as the 3 digit CIS or VIN number on the back of the card.
All purchases from Wholesale Supplies Plus and/or related divisional websites will show on your credit card statement as Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc.

Return Policy
Wholesale Supplies Plus and her related sister divisions offer only the finest products available. All products are carefully chosen for quality and workmanship. If there is a problem or a concern with your order, please contact us immediately.
Returns must occur within 14 days of your shipment receipt. Product must be unused. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses.
Note: We do not accept returns on fragrance, flavor and/or essential oils.
To return your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a return invoice number
Shipping Information
During checkout, you can choose UPS Ground, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are based on the number, weight, size, and destination of the boxes used to fulfill your order. We never charge more than the displayed shipping quote. If you believe you were charged too much and your order weighs more than 50 pounds, you can request a shipping rate audit. We normally handle these requests within 24 hours
Custom Order Policy
Wholesale Supplies Plus does not accept custom orders. We would like to hear your suggestions for additional items we can add to our stock line.
